"Guys, we can't just get in and try to bust everything." Tornac says. "There are people in that school with abilities that could prove dangerous."

"Chill !" Kyoukichi replies. "It's just a bunch of high school students. What harm can they do ?"

"More than you think." Uzokurai says. "Plus, there are teachers. You got lucky, the ones you killed were ridiculously weak and had no time to activate their abilities."

"Okay, okay, I get it... We have to think up before we act..."

"Exactly." Tornac adds. "I think we should think of a plan to get the most of them defenseless. For example, we should observe them, take note of their habits and decide which targets are the most vulnerable."

"Finally someone with good sense..." Uzokurai sighs.

"Then let's do this..." Tornac grins. "I'll take care of it for the moment, agreed ?"

"If you don't mind, I'll come along." Kimiwaruime says. "Analysis is my thing."

"You do what you like !" Kyoukichi says. "But I've got my idea of where to start. There's this girl in Spark Class... She seems to be pretty popular with her classmates... Arianwyn..."

"Yeah, so ?" Tornac asks.

"First, we get her to be isolated and then, we capture her. She'll help us lure the others right where we want..."

The Stitched demon grins in a very creepy way, revealing his sharp teeth. He takes a look around the place, glances at his comrades, then continues his speech, still smiling.

"However, she's not an easy target. Since she's always accompanied, it'll be hard work to get her alone. There might be... collateral damages."

"I think I can manage something." Uzokurai sighs, with a faint smile. "Leave it to me, and she'll be as vulnerable as a newborn."

"Great ! Now that this is settled, who does what ?"

"On second thought, Tornac says, I want to get the silver-haired girl. We'll have to lock her up or something, right ? And it happens that I love locking people up..."

"Then I'm taking the spying mission in his place." Hasonkage adds.

"Which means you girls, Nova, Tsume and Robin, you stay here and wait, for the moment."

"Fine."

The five demons get out of the lair and head for Arianwyn's house.




In the great big house, everything is silent. The students of Spark Class are sleeping. It's been a long night, and the party's now over. Everyone is peaceful. Suddenly, in her room, Arianwyn wakes up abruptly. She's sweaty and panting, and her eyes are wide open with fear. She looks around herself and her breathing becomes more regular. She sighs:

"Whew... It was only a nightmare..."

She looks around. Weirdly, she's alone. Meilin was supposed to be in the same room than her...

"Meilin ?" Arian whispers. "Are you there ?"

No answer. Arianwyn gets out of bed, in her pajamas, and searches for the mattress that was set up for her friend. It's not there. The floor is unusually cold under her bare feet, and she shivers, not knowing if it's from cold or fear. She walks to the door and opens it. Everything is dark and silent. She whispers quietly:

"In fact, is anyone here ?"

She walks in the next room, where Sophia, Libby and Belle are supposed to be sleeping. Nobody. Arian's breathing starts to accelerate again, as she goes down the stairs and looks in the living room. There's still no trace of her classmates. She's starting to panick and whispers, less and less quietly:

"No, no, no... What's going on ?! Why is nobody here ?"

Suddenly, she sees a shadow, outside. Her mind sends out a warning, and she knows she should be more cautious and not do what she's about to do, but for an unknown reason, she ignores it and opens the front door. Then, she heads out of the house and follows the shadow, that's walking in a calm way.

"Wait up ! Who..."

The shadow stops and turns to her. It's a guy with long green hair and weird eyes: black sclera and glowing orange irises. He smiles awkwardly and says:

"Trustable Lie: Loneliness Dark"

Arian's vision clears instantly, and she realizes she was never alone. Now that she thinks back about the latest minutes, she sees that she saw all of her friends. For some reason, her mind blocked their images... She starts a move to turn back and run away from the guy, but she's stopped short: she's held back by someone, who's restraining her arms behind her back. As she tries to shout, a hand covers her mouth as a weird, sadistic voice says:

"Where do you think you're going, princess ?"

The hand moves slightly and covers Arian's nose as well. She's unable to breathe and tries to escape, but she feels that the other guy is too strong for her. She's choking silently, and ends up passing out. Then, Tornac takes his hand off and lets her slide softly on the ground.

"That's done."

"Great." Kyoukichi says. "Now her friends will want to get her back and if we're lucky, they'll involve the other students and teachers in this. Then we'll be able to get everyone exactly where we want..."

"Ah, I see... She's a bait's bait... We trap her class, and through the class, we trap the whole school..."

"Yes. And once everyone's dead, we can finally get our hands on what lies under PMC High..."
