Pokèmon sprite request

(iPhone post) I do skins for minecraft sometimes, ab I am a huge Pokèmon fan, so much that I have I put the thing on the e. I have been wanting to make Pokèmon skins for awhile, and have chosen a sprite from the game, which I am looking for a better image of. Does anyone know if you can fight this character type as a trainer? The sprite is a blonde girl wih a pink shirt Approaching Nirvana blue shorts. If you have an idea of where I can battle this character type, let me know. Thanks! -G
