I know that Moderators are just doing their job, but I wish they could be a little nicer about it. Instead of "POST DELETED.", I think they should say "Please remove this post. If you do not, it will be deleted by a Moderator." To me, and remember, this is just my opinion, It seems a lot better. If a moderator is going to do a job that is not the nicest in the first place, they should try to soften the blow.
I know that there are a lot of trolls and XP scroungers, and some just post things to clog up the boards, but having hard work suddenly deleted is just not fun. Many times my posts have been removed because I violated some rule, accidentally or unknowingly. :(
Also, users, excluding XP scroungers, should be allowed to keep XP points gained from posts, or at least half of them. Suddenly dropping from level 8 to level 5 is depressing. It's like suddenly losing all of your iron ingots and tools and armor suddenly disappear, sending you back to the stone age.
I am not whining, or targeting any one Moderator in particular, but am merely suggesting a better idea. Thank you for your time.
