This addition to vanilla minecraft would involve a rare drop from bats (Bat wings) which when added to a brewing stand would create an "Inert winged potion" when a diamond is added to the Inert winged potion, it will create a potion called "Potion of the winged" which when consumed, produces angel like wings on the back of the player, and allows them to fly for a default time of four minutes, and with redstone, eight minutes. glowstone would allow the player to fly faster than default
