Private Server?

Hello Internet. I'm looking for a server. But not just any old server. It is what I like to call a "Seldom Server"

Basicly, a Seldom Server is a really unpopular server that no one ever goes on or a server with like 3 player slots. But, I can't find any. So I was wondering if anybody might by chance have the ability to host me and my friend a server with but 2 player slots. If you want you can make a couple more slots (like 1 or maybe 2) If you'd be able to do this for me please PM me (I don't have skype sorry no mic or working webcam)
