PvPing 101

PvP: You Vs Someone who has a lot of better gear.


When you are going against someone who has better gear than you, the person will most likely underestimate you. One way to defeat him would be to let him hit you and run. Have a trap planned out, for example, lava trap, an ambush, and etc. Another method is to let him hit you, and run. Keep running until you have full health, then, turn around and strike your enemy like you're a cobra and he's the prey. He hopefully won't be expecting it, so try and get like 3 hits on him before he knows what's going on. He will either try and attack you, or run away. If you fight against someone who is stronger than you, try to dodge atleast 3 times before hitting him. TIP: If you are being chased, throw something valuable sideways so it throws your chaser off your tail.


PvP: You Vs a Team.


So now you're going against a team, this is a little bit harder. When you are going against a team, a good strategy is to go in between the teammates and they will hopefully hit each other. Then, you go for the one with the weakest gear and hit him a few times, he will start running and his teammate will most likely go after you. So dodge to a side, turn around, and beat the person to a pulp. TIP: Never ever, ever, ever ,and ever go in water when you are against a team, unless they don't have range weapons and you have a ranged weapon.


Items and their uses.


Fishing Rod: Can be used to boost team mates, ruins other people's sprint by making them hit blocks, and to gain xp/food.


Flint and Steel: I only need to say 3 words for you to understand if you alread don't: Burn Baby Burn!


Bow: Really good in a water chase, even without arrows it can scare enemies, and if it's flame it can set off tnt.


Anvils: The higher you place it, the more damage it does.


Invis Potion: Can be used even when you're wearing armor, just to stop your username from showing. You can also use it by taking off all your armor and only showing your weapons when you're using them or to taunt the enemy.


Shears: When you are running and you're in a forest, use shears to break the leaves that block your way.


Cake: Place it when you are hungry and being chased at the same time. Eat it then loop around where it is or was and go directly towards and past your enemy.


Snowballs: Many people don't pay attention to snowballs when they are playing mini-games like walls, where there are sky bases and such.


Some things you should not do...


1. Ride a pig to battle.


2. Ender Pearl to a lava pit.


3. Get stuck in a spider web.


4. Think gold sword are the best because they are actually the worst (even wood swords beat it).


5. Waste diamonds on a hoe.


6. Only eat rotten flesh.


7. Make glistering water melons for food (btw, it won't work).


Here are somethings you should do...


1. Ride a horse to battle.


2. Get distracted by the phone or doorbell.


3. Build a village during a pvp mini-game.
