quick question

so I have these two maps series batman stories and murder mystery and batman has one part at the moment and murder mystery has 3 and I was wondering if a should make one map for both of the series and if I do should I make it where you could switch
which one you are doing or make it where you switch characters as the game progresses





OR should I do the normal way and make two separate maps


I was already making part 5 for murder mystery ( I'm also updating part 4 )
and making part 2 for batman as well but I decided I
was being a bit sloppy so I have decided to remake batman part 2 and murder mystery part 5 from scratch
