Ok, so this rant is about all you people that post that your making a brand new server, and that you are looking for admins. The problem with this is that the recruit people who haven't even been on the server AT ALL!
How do you know this person is what they said they are, or if they are even gonna b active on the server?
Oh, right, you DON'T!
What also really ticked me off is the fact that someone made a blog about making a new server and what-not.
Then, they asked for admins/mods. This person gave no information about the server, or anything, BUT they made an application for admin/mod. Ok, just a noob post, right? No harm at all.

This post got on the front page with a whopping 50 freaking comments.
For a post with no effort at all!
Anyone else find that the slightest bit ridiculous? I do.
If your going to recruit admins or mods for a server, at least have the server up, or don't pick complete strangers you have NEVER talked to.
