This is one of the most phenomenal seeds I have seen. Ever.
You spawn immediately beside an NPC village. A nice one, too. Medium sized, quaint. Enough farms to feed you for a LONG time!
Then, on the other side of the village, there's a jungle temple. Right at the edge of a desert biome. WOW, Luck!
But beside where you spawned, in the water, is a nice entrance, which you can swim down, into a huge ravine full of resources.
As if that wasn't enough, on the other side of the waterfall-ravine-entrance, there's ANOTHER RAVINE. And what's that, perpendicular on the bottom of this one? Oh. It's a third ravine.
