A baby! A young baby boy. Light, gentle blue eyes. Brown hair and lush eyelashes. The perfect baby boy that gives you chills down your spine when you see it. It's skin softer then a pillow and as pale as a pale colored crayon. This is no ordinary baby, it is royal and magical. He has a long exotic journey ahead of him. Born in a castle of the highest order, he was loved and cared by all. We shall name him Lachlan

A dark presence roams the grey skies that can be felt by all area of the Earth. The presence is strong with magic and darkness. Little Lachlan was playing in the dirt around the castle expecting nothing. He was going about his day as if nothing was wrong. He looks up and sees as the birds flutter away and insects crawl under rocks and leaves. That doesn't seem to bother Lachlan at all. He just thinks that maybe a storm is coming or its about to rain. He gets under a table and hides with a squirrel who was now his friend and he named him Earl. *PEW* lightning strikes right in front of Lachlan and he gets scared but he feels lucky it didn't hit him. Feet appear on the left side of the table. This guy wears weird shoes he thinks. They are purple and black and seem to be levitating just a couple centimeters off the ground. Lachlan doesn't know what to do at this time for he is just a young boy. The GIRL speaks with a soft voice telling Lachlan to come out. Lachlan is surprised it's a girl but his stomach feels unsteady. With a loud booming voice the girl yells LACHLAN COME OUT NOW.

Lachlan gets scared and follows her orders. He crawls out from under the table to get a fresh look to see who this girl might be.
She stares at him for what seems like ages. She seems to be evaluating him with her big eyes and long lips. Lachlan doesn't like this girl one bit.
"Who are you", she says with a tone
He does not answer for he does not know to be truthful or to lie
"WHO ARE YOU", she scream with a booming voice that almost knocks Lachlan over.
"I'm Lachlan Son of......" He gets interrupted
"Ohhhhhhh. how interesting", she says calmly and elated.

She goes to touch him on his shoulder. Lachlan steps back and slaps her hand out of the way. She gives a gross look as if that has never happened to her before.

"Tell me your name", he demands.
She looks quite startled but smiles
"my name? my name is Scorch" she says

He steps back. He has heard that name before. Scorch is the goddess of fire. She burns everything down in her path. She summons, fire, lava, and worst of all lightning. Lachlan steps back and bolts for the castle doors. She doesn't bother running after him for she has no need. Right when he opens the door and looks back, she is gone, out of sight. He does not stop to think he must make it back to the throne room, where his mom and dad sit and talk about the day. When he gets there they are gone, also no where to be found. He is frightened by the surprise of them not being there. In fact no one is there. None of the maids, butlers, or guards. He searches half the castle until he runs out of breath and gets exhausted. He curls up in a ball with no place to turn and no one to talk to. He hears no noise throughout the castle or throughout the town below. He gives up and goes to his room, where it is all dark and gloomy. He cannot reach the light switch, which he always hated and they were suppose to fix soon. Sense he can not turn on the light he dashes it to the bed, gets under the covers, and falls fast asleep as a tear run downs his cheek.

Lachlan is now 25 years old and on the road, with a horse and a small satchel that could not hold many things at once. He has traveled not to far from the castle itself or the town below it. But today he is feeling adventurous and ready to beat the day. He hopes on his horse and they ride off together into the misty, eerie forest. He keeps having flashbacks of that day when Scorch showed up and everyone disappeared. He small bit of him wanted to give up finding them but the other part of him did not want to give up and wanted to stop being such a scaredy cat and finally venture outwards. He keeps getting headaches and keeps getting the word GERTHIA in his head but he has no idea what it means. *ROAR* he hears from the forest. This makes Lachlan tense up with nothing but worry. He has a great sword that he stole from the swordsmith. Sense no one was there he just thought why not. HE pulled out the sword that had a ruby in the middle. He kicks the horse slightly making the horse move slowly. he hears it again but loader *ROAR*. he kicks the horse again but a little harder this time not trying to hurt it. The horse moves quicker and can feel it shiver under his butt. Thorns cover this forest all around, there is nothing green in sight. The path is cobblestone with not much surprise.

Suddenly footsteps slowly start walking towards him from behind, he really REALLY doesn't want to look back. The footsteps turn into running. He turns around with fright all over his face. A beast twice the size of him with 4 legs and 5 arms. It has 3 neck and eyes for faces. The Beast is all black with not a spot of color anywhere on it. The horse jumps and Lachlan falls off. The horse runs off with all the stuff on it. Lachlan has lost his sword somewhere when he had fallen off and looks for it frantically. The beast leaps towards him and Lachlan sticks his hand up. *ROSCreeeechhhhhhh* Lachlan wondered what just happened. The beast is dead standing right above him with a spike of stone impaling it. Lachlan wonders what just happened here and how. He sticks up his finger and swishes it upwards. A piece of sharp cobblestone just split the beast in half. He now realized that he had powers of his own. Lachlan the god of Earth and Stone. He knew very well what this meant. Scorch coming up to him when he was young was not an accident, he had to defeat her.

He walked his way all across the land. HE would cross lands with big mushrooms and lands with small trees. Land that would sparkle and gleam. Lands that make him feel great. He is now crossing a snowy land that has large ice spikes. He doesn't know what created them but he gets in a fighting stance just in case. Out comes Fundeg the god of Ice and Snow.
"Why are you crossing through here?", Fundeg says with anger in his eyes.

A first fight Lachlan thinks. He gets excited to see his first opponent.
" I'm here for a fight of course"


"humph, you want to fight me so well" Fundeg snickers]
Lachlan lifts his hands expecting something to happen but nothing does.

"Why is this not working", Lachlan yells
"Because my snow is covering the earth pushing down whatever you are trying to throw at me" Fundeg snickers
Lachlan gets a thought in his brain. Lachlan kicks some of the snow away from the Dirt and lifts up his hand again and it misses Fundeg. Fundeg then punches the air and ice hits Lachlan in the face then covers his feet and arms so he can't move. The ice gets tighter and tighter around him as it get harder to breath.
"I'll let you go this one time you fool, just because you have no idea what you are up against" Fundeg laughs


He flies away on his snow as white as the clouds but even whiter. Lachlan gets up and yells " GET BACK HERE, YOU LOSER"
Fundeg clearly does not come back but something is pushing Lachlan in his back. It's a wall of snow. UGH is all Lachlan can think. He can't let go of the fact that he just lost his first battle. "I'll be back he mumbles under his breath. HE walks for 2 days not feeling tired, hungry, or thirsty at all. He can go days without any of that for he is a god. Explains why he ate barely anything as a child. And also explains why he loved playing outside and in the mud soo much.

This land feels relaxing and sensational. The trees are all shades of pink and purple. The ground is brighter then normal but still very pretty. He looks around and smells the fresh air. It smells like fruit he thinks putting his tongue in the air. He can even taste the fruit. Under the trees are all types of fruits from different places. Mangos, apples, pears, cherries, and more. Some fruits he has never seen before. He takes a bite out of a mango which is his favorite. The ground trembles beneath his feet but he must thinks its just a small harmless earthquake. He takes more bites of fruit. He can't seem to stop himself from eating them. He gets tired and exhausted by the second then finally he passes out.

Lachlan in his passed out state is still thinking of the world GERTHIA, but this time he sees a land of lava and red. HE tries to think more of it but suddenly he wakes up to the ground trembling where he is almost bouncing from the ground. The ground stiffens out over a couple of minutes. Lachlan decides its safe to move and continue on. He takes a step and the ground lights up beneath him. Its a beautiful light that keeps his attention. HE keeps walking and each time he hears a calming sound coming from somewhere. He is very relaxed now. He starts running still watching the land light up. He doesn't watch where he is running anymore just paying attention to the vibrant light that shines beneath him.

He stopped abruptly in his spot. He doesn't realize where he is anymore. Its all sand and he sees some cactuses and shrubs. He seems to have land in a desert of some sort. HE walks again and the light no longer shines. He is very disappointed at this point. In front of him he sees a sign. He can't make out what is on the sign because of how scratched out it is. The sign has almost been ripped apart. He picks up his foot to try and keep walking but it gets hard to move. He trys to run but he just sinks. Lachlan takes a deep breath thinking of what he can do. WE uses his "power" to push him out of the quicksand. Tentacles quickly grab him and pull him back in from 30 feet in the air. He gets nervous and starts freaking out. Another tentacle grabs his left arm and pulls it into the quicksand. Lachlan swishes his finger left and a sharp piece of a boulder over a sand dune rips off and flings toward the tentacle. The tentacle breaks and turns back into sand.

Lachlan punches the sand and send more sharp rock into the quicksand where the tentacles are holding him. He feels himself becoming more free by the second. He keeps going at it and bunching the sand like there's no tomorrow. He then puts his hand in the air and gets lifted out by the dirt way way way underneath the sand. No tentacles are grabbing him this time. Except a single tiny sandman about.2% of his size. Lachlan smirks thinking that this sand creature is very cute. The creature stops and pronounces its name " HURGE". Lachlan is curiously to why he said that. A tentacle slowly grows from the back of the tiny sand creature and grows and grows. More horges burst from the quicksand with tentacles coming out of their backs. Lachlan sees a glowing light in the distances and runs towards it as fast as he can. He turns back to see that all the horges grew into one big sand creature. Bigger then the beast that he first slain. It reaches to be at least a little bit bigger then the castle. Lachlan screams like a girl and continues running. The giant horge thing comes running after him. With two steps the monster is where he is.

He uses more sharp rock to cut into the monsters arms that are blocking his path. The arm then reconnects to the monster. Lachlan has no idea what it is and looks ahead he is only inches away from what seems like a portal, a light blue portal that just screams come into me. Lachlan decides to keep running and cutting into the creature whenever it blocks the path. Without thinking he jumps into the blue portal. He comes out the other end with only a few feet to walk until it plummets. He looks around with his heartbeat still racing like heck. He's in the sky. He sees no land, only clouds. He looks over the edge and its still sky but he sees a shape of what seems to be... All of a sudden the sand arm comes through the portal and pushes him down. The portal breaks because the arm is too big to fit all the way. He is falling closer to the unidentified mass of land or object.

It's land and Lachlan has not felt more excited in his life except he is falling, there's that part. He aims for a 2 by 2 block of water. He lands safely in the water. HE comes out of the water all wet. HE landed on some land that's in the shape of an L. Oh yay he thinks sarcastically, not what I was hoping for. He hears a snap and a break of wood. He looks over to see a square shaped person chopping down the tree. Except the tree is not falling, it is just floating there somehow.
"Hello" says Lachlan
"AHHHH, oh sorry you scared me.. how did you get here" Says the mysteriously shaped man.
"I ummmmmm.. I ... I" Lachlan is speechless
"Don't be scared, I don't bite. Hi I'm ZadiusUniverse and welcome to my skyblock." Says Zadius
"I'm Lachlan God of Earth and Stone... ummmm. can I ask what is a skyblock?",Lachlan says curiously
"Oh well its land in the sky and you basically build on it and you get limited materials. I just got here and I'm working on chopping down this tree."Zadius says friendly
"2 questions, Why are you a square of some sort and why am I here?"Lachlan says
"Well I'm a square like human because we are in Minecraft, it's a very popular video game that lots of youngsters and oldsters play and I am not quite sure why you are here, I was about to ask you the same question. "Says Zadius
"I was just running from a Horrid sand monster and now I am here, can you help me out?" Says Lachlan almost sounds like he is begging. You can't blame him he has never been in this type of situation before.
"Well I guess I could, when you came in this weird portal came in over there" say Zadius
"Ok great but, how do we get there" asks Lachlan
"We build" Say Zadius
"What, how?" asks Lachlan having literally no idea
"Oh ya I forgot you weren't from here. Well in this game there really is no gravity effect" Says Zadius confidently

Zadius places down a block over the island and stands on it. Zadius give the nod that its safe and Lachlan awkwardly walks over and stands on it.
"Are all things blocky in the game?" Asks Lachlan
"Yes" says Zadius

Zadius and Lachlan start collecting blocks and Zadius walks over to the side where the portal is. Its a purple portal this time, not blue like the other time. Zadius carefully crouches and places a block and keeps going. Lachlan trips and pushes Zadius off.
"NOOOO" yells Lachlan
His heart racing feeling like he lost a friend that he hasn't had for years. He frowns and starts to tear up
"Hey"
"AHHHHHHH" scream Lachlan
"Awe you were worried for me" Zadius smiles
"I just saw you fall and then POOF you are right behind me" Lachlan says all in one breath
"Well I just respawned is all and this is the good type of server that lets you keep all your stuff"
"What?" ask Lachlan yet again in a confused state of mind
"Ill tell you along the way" Zadius sighs
"Why do I have to be with such a noob" Zadius mumbles
"What ?" Says Lachlan
"Oh nothing, lets just continue building until we get there" Sighs Zadius

They keep building until they make it to the portal. While Lachlan looks away and keeps walking Zadius pushes him off the edge. Lachlan screams and thinks that this is his last time alive. He tried to use his power but he couldn't, he just kept falling. He stopped screaming and just closed his eyes. He opened them again and he was back on the Skyblock.
"DOESN'T FEEL GOOD DOES IT" Yells Zadius from the portal.
"ALSO YOU SCREAM LIKE A GIRL" Zadius laughs uncontrollably.
Lachlan frowns his biggest frown and walks back to the portal. He thinks to himself what just happened and how it just happened. That was clearly not physics what just happened there.

"What's this portal lead to?" ask Lachlan
"Well it seems to be a nether portal and before you ask what the heck is a nether portal, well, its a portal that leads to a place that is a land of fear and lava, nobody likes lava in this game!" Says Zadius.
A land of lava Lachlan thinks to himself. He remember the World GERTHIA and the land of lava and red. He nods to Zadius and is about to jump in until Zadius catches him.
"Hey you can't go in yet without armor, it's very dangerous in there, and I hope you know what armor is because I'm not explaining it to you" Zadius pulls Lachlan to the chest on the island
"Luckily, they have 2 set of iron armor, 1 for you and 1 for me" Says Zadius

The armor shines the sunshine off of it. It looks magnificent. He hasn't seen anything so finely made before, even though it was square. He didn't see anything like this back home at his castle in Plains. He put it on anyways and it was a perfect fit, he looked at himself and he was square too. He didn't freak out because he was just hoping it would last until we got through the portal. He saw Zadius putting some on to and figured he was coming with.

They walk over to the portal together and jump in.

He closes his eye and opens them to see a weird world full of lava. And weird pig zombie things. Lachlan has no idea what is going on. But he just hopes for the best. There are mushrooms on the ground. When he gets close to them he feels nauseas and sick. He turns to Zadius who looks more ready then he does to fight whatever will get in there way. Lachlan wants to look around for a bit and get a feel of what this place is. He walks towards on of the lava strands coming from the sky. He looks up and there is no sky at all. Just a roof of the same stuff that is on the ground. There seems to be multiple levels too. There are a multicolored lights that are coming from the top level. Blue, green, purple, yellow, and all. Lachlan goes over to Zadius to talk to him.

"Can we build up to there" Asks Lachlan
Zadius goes still for a second with a blank stare and says nothing for a minute
"Yes we can because I have the materials to build up as far as we need" exclaims Zadius

Lachlan and Zadius build up tp the level that they see shining lights. Lachlan gets excited thinking that he might get all the answers he needs right here and right now. He can barely contain his excitement. He's never gone this far in his life before. He stops for a minute and just stares outwards to see the new world and think of the new worlds he has just discovered and how his parents would be soo proud of him. He sees a floating huge ghost like creature and he decides to keep moving incase the creature is hostile.

"Hey, umm Lachlan you might want to see this", Says Zadius with his mouth wide open.
"What......Omg" Lachlan's mouth also drops.

He looks around to see what seems to be multiple different portals that are all shapes and colors. He has never had more of a weird feeling then he does right now.

"Which one do we go in" ask Zadius
"I wish I knew" Lachlan says with a tear on his face feeling like he has just started from square one. He feels a tear start to shed.

*Ghast noise* *BOOM*
