Any easy way to creat a redstone pulser is just to have a set a of two-infinate red stone repeters in a square(the corners have to be red stone). The bigger and more redstone repetoer you have the longer the pulse will take. to activate have a lever and quickfully flippit twice depending on how long you want it. To stop, destoy the redstone corners and let the 'energy'stop their then put the redstone back.


Make sure the repetors are on any seting except the first simple the hardest part is makeing it
