Redstone problems in 1.3?

Obviously, 1.3.1 is out and it seems as everyone likes it! :) Just for fun I was making a piston door that has the sideways logs activated by a tripwire :O Unfortunately, I stopped working because I found out that there were a few problems (bugs?) with the pistons. In these pictures I will show you the 'bugs' I found.

I don't know if these are supposed to be in the game, and it will really disappoint me if they are. I just got into making things with redstone, and some of the stuff I learned will just have no use any more D:

Here are my bugs:

>> A redstone torch above a stack of two sideways pistons powers them both and none more.
