YAAAAY 1.3!! Jungle temples, desert temples, and desert NPC villages!! These 3 things all have the same thing in common: they only spawn in a certain biome. If we can do this then why can't we have biome-specific mob skins? Whether it be changing the skin entirely or having a color difference, this would be really neat.
For example:
-In the regular biome all mobs would be the same
-In a desert biome, creepers would have more tan than regular, skeletons would be darker, and zombies could be a little like mummies.
-In the snow biome, creepers would be whiter, skeltons would be lighter, and zombies could be yetis or whitish like they had been frozen or something.
-Etc.
I use Randomobs, and if you can have multiple skins for the same mob, could you assign each skin to spawn in a certain biome? Maybe it would be called 'Biome-Mobs.' (mix of Biome and Mobs like Randomobs. I know its really creative...) Anyways, I just want to put this out there and maybe it will get someone's attention.
Thanks!
Have fun in 1.3!
