Request! mob skining program

It would be awesome if some one made a program to make mob skins for texture packs!

Something like chose mob then you can start drawing over a template.

If you make it please tell me and I'll subscribe

i made a texture pack.(not close to done yet) i probably cant post it because im using stuff from other texture packs.
