The lot!
This is how to not review stupidly.
Here goes:
Firstly, yes, that title was an edit of 'Reasons why Dan's a fail.' by... Yes! You got it! Danisnotonfire!
Have you ever put something out to the public, for them to review and give constructive (constructive being the word here) criticism? You have? Have you ever been given a review something like this?:

Or maybe like this?

You probably have. This is for the noobs who do this, and the people who need to deal with it.

Say you've looked at a skin. It's quite good, but it's not very well shaded. What do you say? Would you say this;
"i dont like it the shading is bad"
or this;
"You could shade it a bit better. Perhaps use -insert program here- and -insert this tool on said program here-. Look at -insert tutorial here-. It will help a lot, trust me!"
I personally think the latter is better. That doesn't mean you need to go looking for a tutorial to help them. For constructive criticism, ask yourself these questions:
1) Do I like the skin? Why/ Why not?
2) Is the reason for disliking the skin a good reason (there isn't enough shading) or a bad reason (it has black hair and you don't like it.)?
3) Is there any way I know of to help them fix it?
And finally,
4) Has somebody else posted the suggestion I am going to make?
This should really help you when reviewing skins and anything else.
