In todays blog I will discuss if Minecraft will ever die.

"Will Minecraft die?", is a question many people have asked themselves in the past. Many people think it already is, but the truth is...Minecraft will never die. Ever.
If you look at Voxel Based games, such as Guncraft, Vox, Starbound and Terraria, you will most likely think they are Minecraft Rip-offs. They are not! Voxel Based games is actually a category of games consisting of Pixels...well, that's a broad definition. Voxel Based, Sandbox games are usually associated with Minecraft, by the public. The developers have no intention to "rip-off" Minecraft, but their only intention is to make a good game. The public relates everything to Minecraft, because it's so well known. Minecraft is the King of Voxel-Based Sandbox Games. It is great, but that still doesn't answer our question. Will it ever die?

To go into more depth on this question, we'll have to look at other surviving games, such as Mario...but that's impossible as Mario is a series, where as Minecraft is one single game. This makes things difficult for us. Well...I can't think of anything to put here, so you've wasted about 30 seconds of your life reading this short paragraph. Please continue reading the next paragraph as it is 10x more interesting than this lame paragraph...you're still wasting your time reading this paragraph!!!

Minecraft used to be a PC only game and then it moved onto other devices such as mobile phones, tablets and consoles. Was this a good move? Yes, for money, as it gave Mojang an extra thousand bucks to buy Coffee with. The console version of Minecraft is lacking in...well...everything. The controls are totally off and don't flow like they do on PC. The game was never designed for Consoles so it was never going to work. Now...if you started playing Minecraft on a console, you won't understand what I'm saying here. To the next section of this paragraph! Mobile devices...has there ever been a mobile game that lasted ever since the release of the first mobile? No. Mobile games grow old and gather digital dust on your phone. I know that I have all these great games on my phone, including Minecraft, but I never play them, because the controls are just messed up beyond belief and the screens are too small. Developers are restricted when making Mobile games, as RAM is limited. With limited RAM, Mobile games cannot keep up with Minecraft + Mods! Simply impossible. Along with those, Mobile games and Console games always die. Minecraft PE and the console versions of Minecraft will die...for sure.

Mods make the game a lot better when you're bored of Vanilla. Coders such as iChun and myself :P, make the game a lot better by adding stupid things that make Vanilla into Mint, such as Hats or Tacooos!!! With ever more coders making mods, the game will never get boring for you, even if you've seen it all before. Just...who doesn't want to blow up a village with dubstep? Minecraft won't die, but the mobs sure will!

My final conclusion to this whole boring blog that you've been reading is (drum roll):
Minecraft will never die, because it will always be in our heart. We will know it as a legend, as a hero, as a saviour of our boredom! Minecraft will never die but even if it, as a piece of code, never gets opened again, it sure has opened our hearts massively to the next generation of games.

Thank you for reading! If you enjoyed me giving you words, why not give me a diamond in return? I saw about 50 of them in your chest -_-

Minecraft is dieing, the new EULA has started it, alot of servers are going offline, and alot of players are quiting because of it.  I'm scared to know what bad mistake mojang will make next.

All games eventually come to an end, unfortunately. It's hard to think about Minecraft ending, it's also unbelieveable, but I believe it will some day end, and because of it's rapidly increasing community, and the community it already has, we're talking YEARS here, hopefully. Decades, that's if Mojang doesn't screw over anything. I've seen games with 10 million+ players go downhill. Not end, but decline substantually. It's a bad example, but I'de think WoW as one. I was a hardcore player for about 4 years, not sure if I've quit or I'm taking a break, but that has lost a couple million I believe from its record of max player, and with the release of the next expantion, it's difficult to tell whether it will increase or decrease, the amount of things Blizzard is messing up.

TL;DR - It wil come to an end eventually, a very, very long time though. Minecraft is too widely known and profitable for Mojang to drop it now.
