Server Experiences...

So you hop on to a server with a WELCOME PLAYER message... You play for a while and get a feeling if it is a good server, or an absolutely horrible one. What is your absolute best experience on a server? What is your worst? I for one have had some bad ones and good ones, but I won't mention any names as I would hope you would too. 

Best server experience:
     I log on to a server... This happens to be the second server I ever joined, so I was still a noob at the time and didn't know what op was, well I thought it ment you could build on a server actually, so naturally I asked for it. I was declined, but later realized what op ment so I kept playing and playing. I even met my future head admin. Later when 1.4 came out, there was a restart, so me and my friend set out to replace some of the old builds like Sky City. It was very succelsful and I was #8 on the balance top and my friend wasn't far behind...

Worst  server experience:
     My friend had a skyblock server and I was head admin on it. He was constantly crashing the server out of 24/7 pranks... One time he even spawned in 10000 Arrow entities making his computer overheat and when I played one joke, I was moved to a normal player and that server was soon closed and turned into a survival where I was still a normal player, while he got op temprarily on my server. Well it isn't to bad, I know, but it is the worst  I've ever had.
