Server Help

I am looking for a person who knows how to install plugins make a server that runs 24/7 and needs some one to build a spawn. I am a highly experienced spawn builder and have built over 55 spawns in SP and 8 in MP servers. I can create something that u have imagined or i can come up with something to make it an amazing spawn. I will need these 2simple plugins to make it work tho Factions, World Edit. I just dont have the time to care for a server all the time. I love building spawns and really wanna keep building them. Hope I can make one soon...
