Lets talk servers.

          Whether you're looking to host, buy, or play on a minecraft server, always keep in mind what the server has to offer. Minecraft has many different TYPES of servers. Whether they are Vanilla, Bukkit or even Spigot, they all have to have "MUST HAVES."
I've created a list about what different servers have to offer.

- Vanilla
● Non-modded or edited minecraft. Vanilla servers are usually those in lets plays, such as the user "SethBling" plays on MineCrack. Several vanilla server owners have lost their servers due to hackers! Vanilla servers are 100% vulnerable to hack attacks, in-game attacks, and rarely DDOS.
- Bukkit
● Non-modded server, usually have plugins, which are server mods, that are NOT required client-side. Plugins such as; essentials, mcmmo, autobroadcasters, factions, prisons and several more are from bukkit plugins!
- Spigot
● One thing about spigot, is that it is a more "useful" version of bukkit. Bukkit is ALWAYS updated, on track, and is rarely buggy. Spigot allows players to join a server that is 1.7.10, from a 1.7.5 clientside version. Most servers like Hypixel, minecade, mineplex and several others use Spigot as their server jar.
- Modded
● Modded servers, usually with seperate mods and usually with modpacks such as tekkit, crazycraft, bigdig, and others are the ones who take a "toll" on your minecraft. Most beefy modpacks are supported by minecraft servers hosts, which are WAY much easier than home hosting and worrying about port-forwarding.

        Server hosts. Online server hosts are (personaly) the way to go with minecraft server hosting. There are several who support all minecraft versions, but require a payment. There is NO such thing as a free minecraft host! I have a list of server hosters (and their websites) for you all to see and check out!
