The Mod is called "Set Biome Position Mod".
What is The "Set Biome Position Mod"?
It is a Mod that allows you to, set certain biomes in specific areas of a world. Note: This is supposed to work in Singleplayer and Multiplayer
How The "Set Biome Position Mod" Will Work:
It can be Its own Mod or a World-Edit extension or an extra in MCEdit.
How To Use The "Set Biome Position Mod":
It is very simple to use, all you have to do is this:
1. Type a certain command such as "//wand or //biomewand"
2. You Will get something like an Axe, Pickaxe, Sword, Hoe, Shovel etc.
3. Select 2 Points Like "World-Edit"
4.Type in a command such as "//setbiomeo [Forest, Desert, Plains, Swampland, Jungle, Ice Plains, Taiga, Extreme Hills, Ocean, Mushroom Island, River] [Smooth, Rough] etc.

You're building an adventure map and you need a plains biome but you only had a Taiga biome.
You can use this mod to change the snow biome into a plains biome.

you can use this mod to change that to any biome you want.
3.Terraforming:

so you can change it to a Taiga biome.
