Idk if its gonna work because when i try using the plugins is will change it to 1.2 server

The ip you're using is your ipv4 internal address. Go to whatismyip.com and see your REAL ip address so i can connect. ;)

Then download the 1.4.6 craftbukkit build and some 1.4.6 compatible plugins in dev.bukkit.org

and for craftbukkit, dl.bukkit.org. For both go to bukkit.org. :D
