Siesta woke up early to the sound of the birds singing. She got out of bed and yawned. it was only 6:00 when school was at 9:00. The way she liked it. She had lots of time to do anything she wants before going to school now. She took a shower and brushed her teeth, then had breakfast. She then browsed the internet and played some games before getting dressed into the school uniform. it was only 8:00, but she started walking to school. She knew the route off by heart by now, even though it was only her 2nd day.she arrived by 8:30, to the delight of Mia who was waiting by the gates for her. They talked and talked and figured out alot of things they have in common, such as liking the same game,music and anime. They talked about it for a while. "So you play Minecraft too?" Siesta questioned."Course i do" Mia grinned. By the time they were finished their conversation the bells rang. The students rushed into their dorms and the yard was now left beautifully empty with the caretaker sweeping it. Siesta walked into her dorm with Mia.Apparently they had the same dorm.They started sorting their beds happily before being interrupted; They had forgotten there was other dorm members. This one was a boy by the age of 14-15 by the looks. He had hair down to around where your chin ended and shy,innocent hazel eyes. In their year. They pouted as he walked in. "So whats yo-" He started before noticing Siesta looking at him. He turned a shade of red and carried on sorting out his clothes and stuff.It seemed like everyone in the room was trying to fill their lungs at the same time. The air was awkward and suffocating until Mia piped up. "So..... What class are you in?" She asked, not really noticing the tension as usual. This broke the silence thankfully and Siesta and the boy could breath freely now. "Im only a 1st year. 2nd day,1-2." He said, feeling small. "Oh, we are in 1-1. Nice to meet you. Im Siesta' Siesta said to the boy, still not sure if he knew about her past. "James." He said, happy he had found some friends already. "Mia" Mia piped in. She was funny,awkward and confident at the same time. Siesta sat on the bed, sorting out her storage. Mia sat on her bed wondering why nobody liked Siesta. James lay on his bed listening to an iPod.
Siesta got up and looked out the window. It seemed like it was getting darker again. Her siblings called.
