Today i am going to teach you some maths! A simple counting method is what you will be learning today.

So you just randomly woke up in the middle of nowhere did you? So now you decide to punch a tree? After you punched all the wood out of this tree 1 apple dropped from its leaves, so you collect it. It seems you need some more wood now to craft some items aye? So you go punch another tree, but THIS TIME 2 APPLES DROP FROM THE LEAVES! So now you have to add all your apple together! From the first tree you got 1 apple and the second you got 2! 1 apple+2 apples=........................3 APPLES! If you got that right you know a simple way of counting with apples, if not go punch more trees until you get it right!
