Snake Creeper Mod

Can there be snake creepers in minecraft? they will slither around with a creeper face they'll explode, they'll bite/hurt you. they will spawn in winter, mountain and jungle biome's they will have to add a Snake Fang. that you can craft into a robot snake that you can tame youll need nine snake fangs filling the crafting table. the snakes drop the fangs one by one. so you'll probably have to kill nine to craft it. expensive but cool. so they'll be one more thing... the snake tamer. you need it because it'll blow up on you and your robot friend will die.
