I set out for my third day of adventure after filling my fith consecutive map. I'm looking for a snowy biome.
After some reasherch to improve my chances I realize that THERE ARE NO SNOWY BIOMES IN beta 1.8.1!
now I seek a mod to either: enable Snowy biomes or add Snowy biomes to the terrain genorather orfix this atrosity in ANY way.

there should be some snowy biomes

i have also had a lot generated, and i've found new ones in worlds ive generated in 1.8

Are you sure there arent any in 1.8.1? I have had a ton. I also might try to make the mod!

check minecraft wiki. becides priviously genor ated worlds will still have them.
