Someone Help? Please?

Hey, so i used to have this server, it was incredibly busy and we had the most badass pixel art going, we had a peaceful village in the nether(as a bit of a irony joke), A giant spleef arena and a pokemon stadium, most of these things can be seen in my uploads, BUT, recently my computer kinda messed up so i stupidly did a system restore which made the server time travel backwards, then we restarted and got everything rebuilt then one day the server map just sorta disappeared. And now it has came back, but everytime i go onto the map it just freezes then goes incredibly slow, and doesnt work on a server either, it has an internal error, so if anyone can help me just comment please and thank you. :)
