Spawn Camper's!

I hate when I go on a pvp server, then get spawned killed by the same guy with enchanted diamond armor and sword. There is a server rule of no spawn camping. I wish he would follow all of those rule's. He's kill almost anyone that steps out into warzone. That guy should be jailed. I'm doing this because the people that play the server are going to leave because of this issue. I understand it's but he is sitting at spawn waiting for a hopeless person to walk out of spawn. Please share this article people that have a pvp server.
