spells mod (contest)

My idea is you can take enchated paper (obtain by taking paper and putting it in a enchatment table and enchant it level 10) and put it on a scroll table (obtain by placing 3 wood on top row in the center of the middle row you put a dragon heart get by killing the ender dragon and on the bottom row 3 wood) and enchant it with a spell like on a enchantment table some spells are flames, frost, lightening, firebolt, frostbolt, lighteningbolt, heal gives you full heart, hunger gives you full hunger, waterbreathing lets you breath under water, magnetic all items within a 50 block range come to you and firestorm a storm of fire (do not make this a real mod im going to someday)
