People are complaining why Minecraft is not on steam. This is because (Notches words) "Being on Steam limits a lot of what we're allowed to do with the game, and how we're allowed to talk to our users," But once Minecraft is completely finished it will be on steam. This will also help with modding. So hopefully in the later this will happen. post any ideas you have in the comments and give diamond.

I don't like the thought of Minecraft being on Steam. I like Steam but I like how Minecraft is now.

I hate steam with a vengance, I do like to play the games on there but It's slow and un-reliable. If Valve were to go out of business we wouldn't be able to play games on steam anymore. I like it when games are on your computer and you know where they have installed themselves, steam and me just don't get along.
