Have you ever been so stunned that you don't realize what's happening? Until cruel realization hits and reality rushes back, slapping you in the face? Well that is what happened that one day, on the plane, staring at the window three seats back. My heart dropped suddenly I realized that the side of the wing that is on fire was slowly dropping, causing one side of the plane to be slightly pointing down, other up. I looked out of my window in a quick, nervous glance and all I saw was the ocen, no sky, which means that my side of the plane is rotating down. Before I realized it, The whole plane was in hysterics. I heard a baby crying, and I saw an old man closing his eyes, whispering something I couldn.t make out, making the sign of the cross. Then, we dropped in a straight nose dive, I didn't see anything to prove it, but I felt it, and the coke in my can floated out as if there was no gravity. Air masks dropped and I put it on, but luckily the pilot pulled up and we were now propped up right. But the wing I saw wasn't on fire anymore. Because half of the wing wasn't there. We were losing altitude. Suddenly, everything went dark. When I woke up half of the plane was empty, and looking out the window I estimated we were a good thousand feet off of the ocean floor. My head throbbed, and I realized that my luggage flung out of the the compartment and smaked me in the back of the head. I was the only one awake, everyone else was either bloody or just out, suddenly a piercing whine rang out, and I got out of my seat and ran to the cockpit to see two dead pilots, a crying attendant, and a screen reading, "All System Failure."
