Sweet Like Sugar is / should be compatible with 1.13.2 and 1.14.4 due to it's pack type, when I'm done with it.
The only differences will be the villagers, of whom will need extensive work and will likely be worked on last as I'm not too concerned with them right now. I care more about the look and feel of items and mobs that I interact with the most, as it's a personal project right now :)
