The texture pack Consketch by BeastlyBlu is 100% hand drawn. It is a great texture pack, but sadly, it is incomplete. The beauty of the texture pack is everything is easy to identify, and it looks great. It took 21.4 hours to create, and I think it was well worth the time. I believe that it is one of the best if not the best hand-drawn minecraft texture packs. Once you download it, you will say the same.
