THE CHRONICLES OF Herobrine

Prologue

Notch and Herobrine dashed through the wood, arrows whizzing past their heads. The duo made a couple of risky turns through the neverending dirty wood. Skeletons shot their cursed arrows at the duo but they nearly escaped."Notch, where are you!?" Herobrine called. "Im over here!" replied the wounded and now capeless Notch. "Can you get to me?" shouted out Herobrine."No! I cant! If I try to swim to you i'll drown!" A big,long lake was in between Herobrine and Notch. Creepers started to appear out of the wood and started to approach Notch and Herobrine. Herobrine started to panic but he kept on running. At last, they met up at the end of the lake and started to run away from the cursed lake. Suddenly, as quick as lightning, skeletons started to surround them with zombies at their sides, Notch and Herobrine were truely trapped. Herobrine pulled out his Diamond sword and Notch pulled out his trusty diamond sword. Notch and Herobrine looked at each other and then knew what to do. Notch jumped and pulled Herobrine off the ground and threw him at the zombies and sliced five of the nearby zombies. Notch stabbed a Skeleton in the ribs and cut off a zombies head and kicked it away violently. He turned around to see Herobrine slicing his way through nearly a dozen zombies maybe even more. Time flew by and as they cut through all the zombies to get to their house, something occured to them as soon as they seen the house. Something was not right in the world of Minecraftia.

Chapter 1[ The Beginning of the End]

In front of their house a figure shimmered and shifted into reality as it somehow appeared in front of the blocky, wooden house. Notch ran into it and tried to stab it but he went through it and fell. Herobrine took his guard up but the horrifying figure looked up at Herobrine as pulled out a blade of some sort, an end blade. The blade shined like the End and then it struck Herobrine. Herobrine fell to his knees looking at the figure. Notch woke up but badly wounded.The horrifying Figure looked at Notch then Herobrine and simply said in a croaky evil voice " Herobrine, be MINE!" Lightning started to blast Minecraftia as trees started to fall to the ground. Herobrines eyes started to disappear and he started to look more eviler than ever than before! Notch shouted at the figure. " Come back you coward you..you.. criminal!! You'll pay for..for..for this! " Until next time...Notch." replied the figure. Herobrine was lieing on the ground curled up in a ball. Notch carefully approached Herobrine. Suddenly, Herobrine got up and picked his diamond sword. Notch did the same. This started a battle Notch was'nt prepared for. Herobrine knocked Notch's sword to the ground and stabbed Notch. Notch fell to the ground muttering. " You...you..will.will.d-dd-ie.... Notch went silent as his blood marked the ground permantly. Herobrine laughed evily as his Opponent gushed out blood. Blood was on the tip of Herobrines sword. This was the beginning of the End.

Chapter 2(One step at a time..)

2 years later..

Steve was feeling lonely, he could feel the bitter taste of the water hit his throat.. He slowly drank the water.. Then he put it down onto his table... His furnace and crafting table were laid next to his Chest.. Steve got up and quickly rummaged through his chest for something..something lost.. He kept on looking until he found it.. A diamond with a picture next to it in a transparent case... His loved one, Jane was killed by a raid from some Zombies.. He slowly put the case back into the chest then he slowly closed the brown chest... Inside his furnace was some porkchops he started to cook a few minutes earlier.. He sat down and thought for a few seconds then a brilliant idea flew into his head. He started to take one step at a time as a few hours later he started to build a magnificent House.. The hut he already lived in was dirty, and full of old memorys.. Steve wanted to start all over again.. Like he was a cat with 9 lives.. As it came dark, he placed the his door down accurately in his new home.. However, Steve felt like something was watching him.. 2 white eyes quickly shimmered next to him... and then he woke up.. Next to him was..

A very odd looking scary looking figure.... Steve blinked and as he blinked the creepy figure quickly shimmered and evaporated into mist, leaving Steve puzzled about this mysterious figure. Steve quickly thought it must of been a hallucination.. So a very puzzled Steve got up and went down to make some bread, soon later after breakfast he went to chop down some trees. As time went by, Steve still couldn't keep his mind off the figure he met maybe he met him before but couldn't remember the meeting, is he even a man? Thoughts came rushing to Steve's head so he went back to his house, it was a five minute walk back to the house. He walked by the big lake, once rumoured to be haunted by a dark figure but he continued, when he got back he made some mushroom stew then went to the Local village, but something wasn't right.. When Steve approached the village.. on the pathway he seen a.. dead child...

Chapter 3(Dead ends)

Steve eyes went heavy as a boulder as he saw the blooded and dead child, a 8 year old boy who must of came from the village, Steve started to shout out for help but no one answered, for a while.. Soon two people came running to the boy and looked up at Steve saying, "What happended?". Steve replied and told them why he was here and what happened.. Soon after the people invited them to their village, their names were Thomas and Jerry. Of course their was other people their, like the blacksmith who crafted iron and on special occasions, diamond armour. A few days later, Steve took an apple from the fruit basket and went over to Jerry, a average sized teen who was observing a book, Steve looked at him before going outside for a walk.. He went up to the blue, beautiful lake. He threw the nearest stone and it splashed into the water. After an hour or two he went on route to his house, however a smell of sulphur and smoke entered his nostrils. Before long he could see a flame, attached to wood.. His house was on fire.. He quickly ran in, nearly choking and took all his belongings and stuff, wood beams started to cave in and he barely made it out alive with his life. A dark figure with white eyes appeared in the flames and it pointed at Steve like a menace. The figure moved his hands up then down with a strike as lightning started to attack Steve. The figure then pulled out a diamond sword before charging at Steve. Steve quickly threw his things down and jumped over the figure before kicking the figures leg, however the figure got lucky and stabbed Steve's leg, With a menacing laugh as the figures opponent fell weakly to the ground, The figure was about to strike a blowing kill..

Chapter 4(History of the Figure)

As the sword swiftly came down to Steve, a arrow whizzed out of no where and struck the sword, the figure fell back before taking the arrow and throwing it at the figure in the wood. Steve tried to crawl away but the figure suddenly caught him by the neck and threw him at a nearby tree. Steve felt blood trickle out his leg and soon was dizzy watching the figures fight, more arrows were shot at the figure but before long Jerry came out of the shadows with his red bandana and started to charge at the figure shouting at Steve, "Get out of here Steve! This is my fight, not yours!" as he started parrying and strike blows on the figure with his Iron sword, it shined in the moon's light as it reflected the moon. As time flew by, Steve tried to get up before seeing the figure kicking Jerry in the leg, punching him in the face several times then throwing him by his neck at the burning house. Steve could not resist letting out a cry of suffering, remembering his friends attributes before crawling away. The figure laughed as the house burned down, taking Jerry with it.. "Steve, Steve, STEVE!"  was the first thing Steve heard as he looked up at Thomas, who stood over him. Thomas's emotions were worry and sad. "Steve, what happended? We found you next a burning house in the wood? Wait, where is Jerry?" Thomas looked around then back at Steve, with steve's reply of "A figure attacked me, and burned my house down.. Im sorry, Jerry..Jerry is dead, I tried to save him, but the figure killed him.." Thomas looked at him then turned away, "No, no no no no no no NO!" He then looked at the ground saying, "He was like a brother to me.." His voice was full of anger and despair as he remembered the times with Jerry. "What did the figure look like?" Steve told the description of the figure as thomas pulled out a dusty book from the bookshelves named, THE HISTORY OF HEROBRINE which told them everything to know about the Figure called "Herobrine" Steve read out the sentence saying "Herobrine was a much loved member of the community, however under extreme circumstances Herobrine is now one of the biggest threats as he brought the Death of Notch. Now a killing machine this threat will not stop killing, he is sometimes found at the lake if travellers come to close to the lake's edge". Steve suddenly looked up at Thomas saying "We need to prepare and go for the lake, or all is lost."

Chapter 5 (The Curse of The Lake)

After a few hours of waiting in the bushes like as if the duo were looking for prey they started to crawl up to the lake and look around. "Shh, they say the lake is cursed and a great warrior guards it.." Thomas said. After a few minutes, the water rippled causing the duo to look at the lake. Steve pulled his sword out and kept looking at the lake... Suddenly a big watery Emerald Dragon appeared from the lake! "STEVE! RUN!" Thomas exlaimed as Steve tried torun away before falling and the dragon grabbing him and shaking him all over from head to toe. Steve tried to stab the newly found dragon as it shook him. He kept trying and trying before his sword slipped away from his grasp. Suddenly Thomas grabbed his bow and arrow out and shot an arrow at the dragon's hand, it flinched but did not let go of Steve, so Thomas ran up to a tree, climbed onto it and jumped right at the Dragon's left eye, stabbing the dragon's eye right out he stabbed the other one as it let go of Steve whom jumped back onto land with Thomas as the dragon fell to the ground with a mighty thump! "Steve, are you ok?" Thomas asked as a tired Steve nodded. "That must of been the Guardian.. I dont think it'll come back any time soon." Steve nodded once more as they soon seen an Eye of the Ender dropped by the once might Dragon who died amongst its own water. Steve ran up to it and picked it up looking at Thomas they nodded as if they knew what they were thinking. Thomas taken his marked map out as the mighty duo ran off into the Moonlight with the Eye showing the way and a map in Thomas's hand they disappeared into the Mist.

Chapter 6 (Safe Travels)

After what seemed hours the duo finally stopped to rest after a long walk through the lushy woods. "We better rest and start a camp up which should last us until tommorow." Thomas said as he looked up at Steve. A sharp nod came from Steve as he clenched the Eye of Ender in his fist. Thomas started to set up a little fire after minutes of searching for firewood. Soon they had a operational camp which would last them until tommorow. As they slept little did they know about the Mysterious eye which glowed on the crafting table. After a night of good dreams Steve and Thomas once again packed up and set out for the rest of the journey running through woods or walking through dunes, the pair would'nt give up until their very last breath. However they still had to fight the undead hordes of Zombies and Skeletons which tried to annihillate them both. After having some lucky finds of food and swords they finally reached the point on the map Thomas had taken for any emergencies.
"We're finally here.. This spot should be where we should let the eye go" Thomas said. Doing what Thomas said, Steve let it go as it flied up to the sky. After a few hours it drifted to the ground, marking something bigger than they could think of.. "Lets dig down here and see what we find.."

Chapter 7 (No mans land)


Steve looked at Thomas as if he was crazy. "Its to dangerous, we should rather find a cave." he said to Thomas. Thomas response was "We are in a plains biome with no cave around us! We surely have to dig down.." Steve thoughtfully replied saying "Ok, just let me give you some ladders..." Steve throughly searched his backpack only to find an axe, some food and the map before saying "I think we'll need to get some wood... Just wait here." Thomas nodded as Steve turned around and started walking off into the nearby forest.  Steve did'nt look back as he ran to the Forest, grabbing his axe from the backpack to start chopping down some trees. As he chopped down a tree he noticed two people talking with a more superior voice saying something about Swords. Steve kept on chopping as the voices came closer, as he finished up chopping he grabbed what he could and ran off towards the plains before hearing a voice shouting at the young hero. Turning around he saw an axe flying past him by one metre from his head. Proccesing what happened he ran up automaticlly and charged at them. With his axe and sword in both his hands he got within reach of a young man wearing iron armor like the rest and Steve tried to lunge but unluckily his sword made contact with the Man's sword as they engaged in battle. Steve could heard Thomas shouting, coming to his aid as the battle went on. Thomas charging into battle with his axe trying fight one of the attackers off. On the other hand Steve finally got his chance and counter-attacked, kicking the opponents weapon away in the process and stabbing the man through the iron chestplate and pulling the bloodied sword out of the man. Steve then went to the superior man who shouted "MY MEN! I'LL GET YOU FOR THAT!" as Steve tried to fight him off as Thomas finished the other man off, taking the mans helmet and going into battle once more helping Steve kill the superior man. A dark and empty voice shouted at them both saying "We've killed many, and by in the name of Herobrine I shall kill you too! The attacker finally seen the chance as Steve made a vital mistake.. Leaving his left arm unguarded. Slicing through a bit of his arm made Steve step backwards in pain wincing at the deep cut falling in the process. The man then kicked Thomas into a nearby tree then marched towards Steve. Raising his Iron-like sword he then stabbed Steve in the Torso before Thomas woke up and charged at the man, stabbing the man in the chest and kickng the man away from Steve's body. A thud landed near them as Steve looked up at Thomas. "Steve.. your.. gonna make it.." Steve tried to reply but it came out like "I......hwve....twed..maghh..best.. as blooded spilled out his mouth, and chest. SUDDENLY a dark purple sphere appeared around Steve pushing Thomas out in the process. Thomas screamed as the orb and Steve disappeared, turning into purple mist.. Thomas fell onto his knees crying as his friend finally evaporated into mist. The only thing left of him was Steve's Backpack and a book.. Thomas scrambled for the book which said........

Chapter 8(Stronghold)

End. It was the only word in the near enough torn apart book. Thomas looked at it with determination and took the backpack before running away, a few seconds later he fell down a hole and landed on a soft bed, Thomas was wondering why the person probably Herobrine would want him to live.. He turned around to find stone bricks which lead to different passageways, going left and right and forward.. Picking left he went left and heard a weird noise.. Trying to track the noise he seen a chest which had food, a diamond chestplate and Diamond leggings, he id what was natural and took them, equiping them as his armor before walking off towards the noise, as it got louder Thomas got my cautious.. THEN BANG! A fully equipped leather armor zombie jumped him in a corridor as if it was waiting for him, Thomas sliced it open and took the boots off of it. Now he was ready. Later, he found a weird purple-ish portal, figuring it was the End as the fear reflected off of the Portal, eyes of ender placed among the ender keys he realised he was in grave danger.. A hissing noise came behind him, seeing that it was TNT he jumped into the portal, it engulfed him full... Then the Portal blew up...

Chapter 9 (Last Stand)

Violent screams echoed across the room, Thomas looked up seeing Steve getting massively tortured by a hooded man with a violet sword. The man kept hitting Steve with the hilt of the sword, seeing Steve, Thomas tried to get up but was dragged back down by the chains on his hands. Suddenly, a voice haunted the room saying " Ah, our new arrival.. You and your pathetic friend have been getting in my masters way, you shall be terminated. But for getting this far i'll will reward you and let you watch your friend die. Have fun." Thomas screamed "COME BACK HERE!" before getting hit several times by an archer watching over him. The archer mouthed "Not today prisoner.."
Hours later, Thomas was called out by a guard who took his chains off and stood behind him, threating him to move towards the Arena..

Chapter 10 (Friend or Foe?)

As he entered the Arena, he looked upon the many people looking down at him, laughing at him and throwing stuff at his direction. Across from him was Steve, Steve had bloodshot eyes and a bloody sword in his Hand looking towards Thomas. "Steve.. Ar..are you ok?" Thomas mumbled as he looked at Steve. Almost as soon after he said that a big rumbling voice entered the arena. "Ahh, you may be wondering about what happened to your pathetic friend.. Of course he wont remember anything as we have brainwashed him using one of my friends.." The voice paused for a second.. "one of my friends latest devices.." Thomas screamed as he heard the news about his friend, he tried to push away from the archer but the archer pushed him into the sand and threw him his bow and one single arrow before walking away. "Have Fun.." said the voice menacly before it disappeared.. Steve looked upon his newest foe ready to strike. Thomas looked at Steve and shed a tear upon his face before raising the bow at Steve with an arrow loaded. Quickly after, Steve charged at Thomas but soon missed as Thomas rolled to the side. Thomas soon then ran over past him before skidding and doing a quarter turn and releasing his arrow into Steves vurnerable leg. Feeling the yank of pain, Steve shrieked in pain but kept running towards Thomas, determined to destroy him. "What have they done to him?" said Thomas in his head as he rolled again to dodge Steves attack. There was no hope for Steve to become his friend again since of the brutality Steve showed to Thomas. Steve luckily found a chance to take Thomas down as he tripped Thomas up with his foot then stabbing at where Thomas was. With quick reactions, Thomas rolled past the cutting sword and grabbed the sword as Steve was trying to monitor what was happening, Thomas ran the sword through his torso a second later.. The crowd went wild after the death of his close but yet brainwashed friend. Now, Thomas looked towards the crowd seeing Herobrine in the Crowd almost instantly. Herobrine disappeared but appeared right behind Thomas soon after laughing at his Foe. "You killed your own friend.. Thought I would'nt see the day. Of course, I cant let you escape.." Before Thomas could react, Herobrine snatched the sword off of him and held it firmly. "Prepare to die Thomas.."

Chapter 11 (Banished)

"RAAHHH" Herobrine quickly charged at him before Thomas could react and slice at him, however he missed but then kicked Thomas with such a powerful kick that Thomas smashed through the Arena walls and landed outside, seeing a shade of purple in the sky.. "Welcome to the End.. Enjoy your stay." As quick as he said that Herobrine held his hands out to the debris and magiclly it went back towards the wall and fixed itself up. Thomas slowly got up, seeing lots of Obsidion towers surrounding him. Hearing a strange noise, he seen a Enderman standing on one of the towers.. He soon looked away because of the threat Endermen were. Walking on what seemed to be Stone, Thomas soon felt a tremor in the ground, getting louder and bigger before it turned into a big massive rumble followed by a big mighty ROAR. Seeing a big purple dragon emerging from the sky Thomas panicked as it zoomed onto his position, running away from the Dragon felt like it was a nightmare for him. Turning his head as he ran he soon seen into snapping at him, observing him with its big Purple eyes. Thinking for a second, Thomas fell onto his stomach on the stone as the Dragon walked over him. Thomas then grabbed its tail and climbed up it. However the Dragon quickly reacted and waggled its Tail sideways violently as he clinged on to the tail, now getting up onto its back as the dragon kept running and shaking all over the place. Thomas was determined to kill the Dragon more than ever as it tried to take him out. The Dragon kept roaring with thunderous effect as it summoned an Enderman to take him down. The Enderman teleported onto the Dragons back as it lunged at him, diving down Thoma dodged the unlucky mob as it fell off the Dragon and onto the floor with a crunch. Thomas was now at its neck and leaped towards its Head. Wrapping his legs around the neck he used his hands to grab onto its ears and steer the Dragon back towards the Arena.. Realising it would cause destruction he soon thought he should stop, but it was too late now. Seeing the Arena, he waited a few seconds before it would hit the Arena.. "3....." He was nearer to the Arena, but the Dragon kept shaking him.. "2.." Thomas suddenly lost his grip with one of his hands and his legs unwrapped from its neck.. "1" Thomas suddenly fell off the Speedy Dragon as it Bolted right into the Arena with a massive EXPLOSION as it collided with the Arena, creating a big purple cloud around him...

Chapter 12 (Not over yet)

Coughing, Thomas woke up a few seconds after the collision between the Dragon and the Arena. Debris was everywhere, Endermen too.. Thomas was lieing on the stone face up in the air. Thomas got up and observed more of the scene.. Looking behind him he seen Herobrine with a Diamond sword, slowly emerging from the Debris. "What have you done.. Y..you should of died.." Herobrine growled at him until he was near him. Thomas quickly replied to the weak Herobrine. "You killed my two best friends.. Y.y.you deserved this.. Herobrine.." Looking at him Herobrine darkly said.. "But you killed lots of innocent Endermen and their leader.." Thomas soon looked at Herobrine. Before he could reply Herobrine tried one last charge before Thomas sidestepping and tripping him up. Grabbing the Sword in his grasp, Thomas looked down at him saying "Good bye." as he brought the sword down onto his Torso. Herobrine screamed in pain as he felt the pain inflicted on him.. Thomas then grabbed the sword out of him and ran off into the remaining mist. Laying there Herobrine muttered.. "I..w...ill.. have..my...rev..enge........ Thomas soon met up with a strange looking shape with some End liquid in it, above it was a podium holding the Ender Egg.. Without thinking, Thomas threw the Sword at the Egg impaling it as it felt into the portal. Thomas looked at the way out saying.. "Looks like its the way home.." Heroicly, Thomas jumped into the Portal and it all went white.

THE EPILOGE

Herobrine laid there in the middle of the Debris with his blooding already choking him.. Among the Debris was a strange figure walking strongly towards Herobrine with a Cape behind his back. Looking at him he said in a very Superior voice "Herobrine, you have failed me.. The Masterplan can not be completed with the Enderdragon's death.. WE NEED THAT EGG!" Looking down at him, the figure held out his hands and started to heal Herobrines wounds slowly..."Why, s..sir?" replied Herobrine in a weak stance. The figure roared with a reply saying "BECAUSE IF THE EGG IS TO HATCH WE WILL HAVE A BABY DRAGON!" Herobrine looked up at him.. "Alright s..ir.." The big figure looked down at him for a few seconds before saying.. "Together Son, we will have Revenge on Minecraft."
