EULA:https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula
Since threads about the EULA have resurfaced, I've decided to do this.
There's the EULA, & it's not changing just cause a couple kids don't like spending money that isn't theirs, so stop complaining!
As somebody on the forums said, money is donated to the SERVER, NOT THE OWNER, meaning money donated to the server goes back into it, otherwise it's called STEALING, so stop complaining about not being able to spend money people gave to your server in hopes of keeping it alive.

I personally don't believe they have ownership over anyone really due to the fact that we are not in contract nor do we pay a monthly/Weekly membership.
The game was sold to us thus making it ours.
I get that EULA states that anything "THEY" made is theirs but tbh... Servers aren't "Theirs"
The people who made the server owns the server, the people who host the servers Owner the servers.
Mojang owns nothing but the game's copyright.
No one is trying to claim the copyright from them nor is anyone making billions of dollars off of their title.
Commercial use is their problem to begin with.
They allowed people to make Their own servers thus gave them the ability to make profit off of it.
Donations are not making profit off it Mojang's title and nor is it breaking the EULA.
The problem with their new EULA is the fact that they have made so many loopholes in it that people find ways to not get terminated by EULA.
If anything big servers that are making thousands to keep their server alive aren't doing anything to break the contract with EULA agreements.
like mojang is shutting down pay2win servers
