try to make money from anything we‘ve made; or
let other people get access to anything we‘ve made in a way that is unfair or unreasonable

                              Lets Talk About The EULA
                                      {Server Aspect}
    Ok, so most of you know that the staff of Minecraft have been enforcing this quote in there EULA. Here is my side of the story, I have no problem people donating for kits and currency, as of being a server owner and maintaing the role has a expense. If the EULA continues your favorite servers are going to go down. From Small server to Huge servers this is going to be a problem here soon, and i think that if Mojang is smart enough to let us donate, get our perks and stuff. Players wouldnt be so rough on them. If they want there income with alot of $ they should allow it so players who buy the game can buy there way to the top on servers, if they think its fun. Also, if Mojang was smart i think they should take 20% of all the online donations. Lets say a 10$ were donated, 8$  to the server and 2 dollars to Mojang. Somehow to have it automated to do that. If Mojang doesnt fix this, alot of unhappy servers are going to stop funding, as of no money left. loss of people doesn't help Mojang with there upcomeing games.

I really don't mind people making money off the game, but the overpriced ranks and perks that give you a huge advantage over other players bother me. You shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to win a minigame or PvP fight against other players that have bought ranks.

Mount lets people donate, but you can't get anything for it.
It's like Church or charity. You give money, but don't get anything back.

Yes. Mojang made the game, and it feels like only they should make money off of it.
If you made a game, would you want everybody else also making money off of it?

Well, the players have to purchase the game to be able to make money off of it, and to donate in general, so it doesn't really matter.

Yes, but when you buy it, who does the money go to?
Bob in Tuscaloosa, or Mojang?

It doesn't matter. Even before people started making donations on server in early minecraft times, Mojang was still making money from selling their game. Just like they still are. Servers cost money to run, and owners need that money. Mojang makes plenty of money from selling the actual game.

You have great points, But thats when mojang should charge the server owners 20% every time a donation happens so there making more money then they should.
