The Five Clans:

Once upon a time, in a far-off land, four siblings were born. They were blessed by five fairies. The first blessed the eldest with fire magic, the second blessed the second-eldest with growth, the third, the second-youngest with power over oceans and lakes, and the last gave the youngest the power to control the weather. Their descendants inherited these gifts, but were never quite as powerful as the first siblings. Anyway, the last, fifth fairy, cursed them, and they always fought, and never head peace between each other. Today, their descendants, the witch and wizard clans, do battle.
