Hello ppl, Soccool here again. It has been a long long time ever since i published my last blog due to my holiday at Malaysia and planetminecraft has been blocked in China (where I live currently) about 1 month ago. Anyways I am back on blogging and I hope to deliver another awesome blog in order to help the PMC community. Today I am going to talk about a way that can make newbies on PMC that submit quality work but don't get noticed much be recognized by the community.
Everyone knows this rule: If you are recognized in the community , your work whether good or not it automatically gets in the popular reel and you get a whole stack of xp from it. This rule is however unfair (everybody knows) as noobs that submit quality work dont get a chance to show it while the "celebrities" are basically kinda spamming the entire popular reel.
So, what is this magical way that can help noobs to get famous without having to go through endless years of submitting submissions? I have invented the "quality inspection" system.
What is the "quality inspection" system? It is a system that is mainly about diamonds is PMC, because diamonds are often a symbol of "this is really good!". What happens is that if a submission has not over a certain amount of views but already has a certain amount of diamonds (different amount for every submission), it will automatically be sent to a "to do list" that only site moderators can see.
The "to do list" is (probably) filled with good and quality submissions that are probably by noobs to PMC. The site moderators then can give diamonds to the submissions. A site moderator can vote 5 diamonds at max for every submission, but only if the moderator thinks the submission is really good. Then the following sequences happens to every possible scenario:
Whatever the result is, the submission is then out of the "to do list" so the moderators can move on to the next submission.
How will this help the PMC actually?
Well, if this system is accepted, then more quality work that are by the noobs in PMC will actually get noticed and good and quality work that is shown to the public will definitely make both PMC and Minecraft better.

- For blogs: Not more than 40 views : Over 5 diamonds
- For projects: Not more than 200 views : Over 10 diamonds
- For texture packs: Not more than 500 views : Over 15 diamonds
- For skins: Not more than 50 views : Over 6 diamonds
- For servers: Not more than 500 views : Over 15 diamonds
- For mods: Not more than 300 views : Over 15 diamonds

- 2 of the site moderators gives 4 or more diamonds to the submission : It goes automatically on the popular reel

- 4-6 of the site moderators gives 1-2 diamonds : Goes to "what's hot" section
- 6 moderators look at the submission and do not give a single diamond : Nothing happens
