This needs to stop.

Hello fellow PMCers.

Every day when I'm browsing the skin category I always stumble on these skins:

They are just unoriginal, as what I remember is AGAINST the rules of Planetminecraft.
They are annoying, takes place for other good and creative skins that will always be forgotten in the void.

I think that PMC need something for their site. Something that makes Levels count.
I think if you are level 10 or 15, you are able to post your skins to a section were only those with level 10-15+ can submit skins. Everybody can look at those skins though. That would maybe increase the sites income a bit too.
Think of a you that never heard of PMC before and don't know that there are actually good skins here. But you cant find any good., because girl, teen and these random scribblings takes all the place. So after 10 minutes looking he gets enough and leave the site and never comes back. Instead of a guy that enters, see hundreds of good skins and stays and becomes an active member, and so the site-owner get more money for this awesome site.

But if a user that is not level 10+ post a skin and that one gets 5 diamonds or something, the skin will be promoted to the better section.
Wouldn't be more fun to see skins like these alot?
