Tips for Factions:
1) Make the base 3+ days away from spawn
2)Claim all the land
3)Right when you claim the land, set the home (/f sethome)

A good base should have:
1) Chests + Furnaces
2) A mine
3) A wall, and covered in water if possible to stop Tnt explosions
4) Members that everybody in the faction trusts
5) A farm to supply food
6) A nether portal (ask if there is a nether on the server)
