the awesome face skin was leaked when i originally designed it i had a friend round who copied on to his memory stick i have had this skin for two years and has been edited but my friend put it on miner needs cool shoes so if u support me send a message to soul eater saying that i should have permission to put this skin back on the site so that is all for now

And as a side note (as Falnes already hit) copyrights have to be enacted. Although you can claim original work with PMC, you can't claim any form of copyright claims. And the word "COPYRIGHT" should be "copy" seeing as how that what you meant.
Going onto the people saying it's your work: anyone can say anything is their work. For example, I could copy this blog and repost it and call it my own work. I could then get some of my friends together to try and "prove" you copied me by having all of them tell a modertor I was the original poster. But people lie. So that idea would never work. So you would need to show proof that it's your work, not have a mob.
As for the whole "copyright" ordeal, I don't feel like trying to explain it to someone who won't understand, so here's a link to the Wiki entry on copyrights. Basically, you need to pay to have a copyright. Since you haven't paid, and your only 12 (still a minor, and therefore, can't have such a legal document credited to you without other legality's done prior to).
