Transparency glitch!

It's happened to me a few times now I have a skin that is all filled in and so on but it says that there's transparency in it and no matter how many times I try to fix it keeps saying there's Transparency!
Please comment if you keep getting the same problem!
Also if you are a moderator please remove the ban it's messing things up!

Some other blog post said that "upload to editor" on minersneedcoolshoes and then downloading it will fix it!
