use my teleportation abilities and my super plot armor to just grab and go like mobile ordered Mcdonald's Happy Meal
(beings semi-serious i would break though A structural weak point like vents like the imposter i am and knock out a security guard with a Intercontinental ballistic Nuclear Rock and take the outfit and Anything useful and Shove the dude in a trash compactor and walk to the jewels and do some very Necessary "Spy Stuff" and make sure no one is looking grab the jewels replace them with Realistic 3D modeled copies of them in a very plot Convenient bags then walk out like my Shift is over then YAY)

Ruby in her wolf form sneaks in and hides in the shadows, waiting for the moment IGEBM isn't looking and replaces the jewels with fakes and descends back into the shadows
