Voting for servers

Nowadays every server I go to , it says something like this - " Vote on all 5 links daily to get 2 diamonds and 10 iron ! "
This is what happens -
  • People vote
  • Server becomes popular
  • More people join
  • More people vote
Vice versa . If it goes on like this , all the servers on server voting pages will be the ones which offer most rewards but will be the worst in reality .
Look at PMC's server list itself . Almost all the servers on it offer some reward or another .

Doesnt anyone vote because they feel that the server deserves it , or because of rewards ?

I dont mind if you havent , not many people have .
