Weird Piston Bug

So I was making a piston snake cuz they are really cool when I accidentally placed a piston the wrong way. When I destroyed it, half of the piston remains (the sticky part) and counts as an actual block.

If it isn't there maybe its just my computer?

Yeah... If you look in TMI you see the piston head.

it happened when i made the piston on and off over and over again quickly..i didnt place it as a block
