This Is a fun fact, a Minecraft World is 68,719,476,736 meters wide and 256 meters tall! But how many blocks would it take to build Earth, to scale?
Heyguys, It's Ender Bronze and welcome to Plost 4 of W.I.M.E. And In this post, I'm gonna do something a little different. Usually I try to find how something works or who he/she is, but not today! Today I am looking at a little question I thought up a while ago. How many Minecraft blocks would it take to build a to-scale planet Earth? So, here's my research and answer!
First off we need to know the scale of earth. Earth's circumference is 24,901 miles, but miles is not meters (Minecrafts measurment) So we can covert that to 4.0074e+7 meters. And do not ask me what that means, because I have no Idea!
So, now that we have the circumference, we need volume. Using calulations and Google I found out that the volume is 5,988,656,246,345.7 meters cubed. And it's surface area being 510,066,000,000 meters squared. Now we have some serious calculations to do.
We have to put the volume and the surface area together, because you can't have volume, without the surface. Calculating that we get 6,498,722,246,543.7. That's a big number, and we haven't even added in the circumference yet! puting the circumference in we get our answer! The amount of blocks needed to create a to scale Earth is a very large amount of 2.60429795e+20 blocks! now that's a survival world!
Hey guys, Its EnderBronze54 and welcome to the end of this post! This one was very hard and mathy, but I hope you guys liked it! Be sure to diamond, subscribe, and probably not, but favorite! I will see you guys next time!
