Ok its me again Gamma and like last time i am going to start with a example
Your post: Server needs staff NOW!
(Reason you would post this is pretty obvious.)
So you pick a dude with a nice looking comment that is very neat and modest.
He joins the server and you mark him a admin of course.
Then something pops up and you have to leave so you of course leave your "trustworthy" admin behind.
You come back a hour later and your entire server is a giant crater.......
So I know what some people are thinking right now hey i have found plenty of nice admins in the forums.
But you know not everybody has and when a "trustworthy" admin comes to a server they will in fact play it up to look nice and such.
So now you are most likely thinking. "How do I find out if i cannot trust someone?" well from the post you need to pick I say about 4 people. Afterwards bring them all to your server. Then have a building skill test whoever makes the largest most time consuming build is your pick.
Now you are most likely thinking. "Its a griefer why would he care" Well for starts there is a good chance if they worked hard on something on a server they will not grief even if they are good griefers because they spent they're time on it and you just sat back a moderated the other players.
Now is there any other way of finding a good admin? OF COURSE THERE IS. (<---- joking) You can use friends, family, distant relatives, second cousins, bosses, and of course "Server friends." Now what is a "Server friend well quite simply after you play on a server ALOT and become a regular most likely you will find a good friend to play with. Remember if you find somebody to play minecraft with stay in touch!
Well yet again i have rambled on and on about my opinion sorry if the first time you read this it slightly cut off half way "THE LAG GOT MEH!) Thanks for reading- Gamma
