I remember the first time I ever played this game was on Xbox 360. The reason I loved the game so much was because of all the creativity everyone who played the game could have. I could never have thought of all the work someone had to put in just to make an awesome and very well made game. That was me saying that just for the Xbox, not the computer version!
After playing the Xbox 360 version for a while, I saw Minecraft for the computer version. I thought nothing of it because I never thought any other version of Minecraft would ever be as good as the Xbox 360 version. I saw some more ads and people talking about it so I bought it. I never imagined it being better than the Xbox version I was playing for such a long time and I never thought it would come close to competing with it! After that day, I realized how wrong I was.
As soon as I clicked "Start Game" and "Create New World" I was immersed into the game with all of the new things that you could do. I was introduced into spawn eggs and servers. I was so amazed by the fact that I was having as much and more fun than I was
on the Xbox! I started playing on servers where mini games and parkour were everywhere around the server. I played around with some of the new mechanics that I could not do on the Xbox. I also started building new maps and parkour having a lot of fun while doing it.
After a while I started getting into redstone and command blocks. I was making minigames with them and also making chains that would replace blocks. I would love to mess around with redstone too to see what I could make and use in a world. I even used Minecraft redstone and command blocks for a project in school! One of my most favorite things to do was to look up commands on Google and use them in a world to see how fascinating they were. Redstone and command blocks came to me as one of my most favorite things in Minecraft.
After a while of making new maps and working with redstone I saw some things on YouTube that I thought were really cool. I watched some of SethBling's videos talking about command blocks and redstone stuff that was interesting. I started doing a lot of the stuff that he was doing trying to learn some of the coolest commands in Minecraft. Those were some of the most crazy things in Minecraft that I saw when I watched those videos. He was really smart and good with redstone that I couldn't believe my eyes sometimes! I used some of his videos to help me with maps and other stuff which I thought made my maps a lot cooler!
After a while of parkouring on servers and building with redstone and command blocks, I thought that I should try to make an account somewhere so I can upload some of my maps. I thought that would be a really cool idea so I could share some of my ideas and see if people like them. I looked on different places and this is the site that was the best for me. I made an account and uploaded my maps on here thinking that was one of the coolest things ever. This is what makes me a Minecrafter. The amazing feeling of uploading a map and people supporting it and saying you did a really nice job. Also the wonderful community of people on here that can check out any of your maps that you upload. This is what makes me come on Minecraft everyday so I can work on some maps or play on servers in my free time. This is why I love the whole idea of Minecraft and everything inside of it!
