I have tried to install mods about 7 times, screwed up files, "techno-nerd-speak". Folders and files mitch-matched files. This is what I dealed with when trying to install them, but I have a solution! Minecraft itself would need to be modified, but it would be a sinch to do! Just like texture packs, run it like them. An update would install a folder in ".minecraft" folder in %appdata% as "modifications" and you would just drop the mod file that is a ".zip" file. And like the texture pack menu, there would be a "Modifications" menu where mods that were dropped in that modifications file, and there they would be listed, and you can enable and disable mods, and it would notify you if mods were uncompatible to each other and help you fix the error. I hope you enjoyed! Help share this, I hope Mojang producers can view this. I would really like this to be in an update, and thank you.
