Part 1: The trailer

The trailer for TubNet was exciting, fun, and looked good. Thousands of people talked about it every day. It was sure to surpass Hypixel in terms of players, given its popularity and hype leading up to it.

Part 2: The launch

At the launch, the server had a peak of 200 players online at all times. However, this was shortly lived. Here's why:

Part 3: Unoriginal mini-games

Crystal Rush was just a rip-off of Bedwars, and so were the other mini-games. They were a little different, but almost the same concept. This led to the server dying a week after its peak.

Part 4: Server DDoS attacks

In the server's time of being open, it was DDoSed a total of 5 times. This also had a lot to do with players quitting.

Part 5: Losing \$1M USD

The server's owner is a popular YouTuber called Tubbo. He hired devs and bought many servers, which cost him over \$233,000. The rest he spent on hiring devs and more servers. He also got scammed by 3 of his devs, losing thousands of dollars.

Part 6: The bad anti-cheat

You could go on TubNet and turn on kill aura, x-ray, reach, and hitboxes, and it would take days for people to even think you were hacking.
