These are working toilets in vanilla minecraft :D
A cauldron filled with water, trow in items. They will than be sucked out by a hopper and put into a dropper. The dropper is attached to an auto disposal system (which I designed myself) so you can or destroy the poopoo, or make it go trough cool sewers you made :D
